This position resides within the Virtual Branch Support department and is primarily responsible for providing daily remote support to retail branches. This role is accountable for reviewing sales, service, and financial transaction details conducted by the assigned branches throughout the day as well as provide leadership, support, and coaching when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
