About the job
In most companies a developer gets a ticket, builds it and moves on to the next one. Someone else talked to the customer, someone else decided what gets built, and whether it actually helped is someone else's question. We're looking for developers who want to do the whole job: talk to the people who use the software, decide what to build, build it and stay on it until it works for them.
